Just outside Druskininkai town in South East Lithuania close to the border of Belarus and Poland a links golf course is under construction. The course is situated on plain sand ground in a soft billowing landscape with natural rivers crossing the golf course. The whole course will be seeded with fescue grasses of different species. There will also be estates development close to the club. The Wolf Golf Club will be open 2011.

A new Master Plan is under progress for all 18 holes for strategy and safety reasons. Even the Practice Range and Practice Facilities proposals will be presented. All the 18 greencomplexes are going to be rebuilt according to the USGA-standard. Preliminary start is 2010. The Clubhouse area will also have a new Landscape Plan.

A Re-routing Plan under progress for all the 18 holes on the South Course. The Routing Plan will also be followed by a new Master Plan. All the 18 greens will be built according to the USGA-standard. Preliminary start is 2011. Strategy improvements of North Course will start 2010.

Idre Mountain GC is planning to extend the existing 18 hole course with another nine holes. The Routing Plan is taking care of the landscape for a minimum of wear of the easily damaged nature. Many of the new holes will have panoramic views of the Swedish and Norwegian mountains. The additional new course will be open 2011. In connection to the golf club a hotel is under construction and will also open 2011.
